Most routine service begins outside, where pests enter and shelter. When interior activity calls for attention, we use focused crack-and-crevice or spot treatment rather than treating more of the home than necessary.
Qualifying one-time general pest treatments often start around $149. We confirm the pest, property conditions, access, and recommended scope before work begins.

- Wasps around the structure when the service scope is confirmed.

- Every-other-month protection: $99 initial, then $119 per visit.
- Quarterly protection: $99 initial, then $139 per visit.

Recurring coverage: Scheduled exterior treatment, seasonal adjustments, accessible eave and web removal when appropriate, entry-point observations, targeted interior treatment when needed, and one covered-pest callback between visits. New residential customers only; qualifying homes and townhomes up to 2,000 sq. ft. Small detached garages and sheds at the same address are included when safely accessible.
Specialty pests are quoted separately.Active cockroach infestations, fleas and ticks, rodents, mosquitoes, bed bugs, termites, wildlife, and other specialty issues are not included in standard general pest coverage unless specifically listed in writing.
