General pest service focuses on prevention, exterior protection, and routine maintenance. We inspect the reported activity, explain the treatment areas, and help you compare a one-time visit with recurring protection when ongoing service would offer better value.
Treatment with a reason
Exterior-first protection with targeted interior care.
Most routine service begins outside, where pests enter and shelter. When interior activity calls for attention, we use focused crack-and-crevice or spot treatment rather than treating more of the home than necessary.
Qualifying one-time general pest treatments start at $199. We confirm the pest, property conditions, access, and recommended scope before work begins.

- Ants and spiders.
- Earwigs, crickets, and silverfish.
- Centipedes and millipedes.
- Pill bugs and similar occasional invaders.
- Seasonal boxelder and stink bug reduction when the treatment scope is appropriate.
- Wasps around the structure when the service scope is confirmed.
Service options
- Qualifying one-time treatments starting at $199.
- Every-other-month protection: typically $149 initially, then $119 per visit.
- Quarterly protection: typically $149 initially, then $139 per visit.
- Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee.
Recurring coverage: Scheduled exterior treatment, seasonal adjustments, accessible eave and web removal when appropriate, entry-point observations, targeted interior treatment when needed, and one covered-pest callback between visits. Typical initial pricing applies to qualifying homes and townhomes up to 2,000 sq. ft. Small detached garages and sheds at the same address are included when safely accessible.
Specialty pests are handled separately. Active cockroach infestations, fleas and ticks, rodents, mosquitoes, and bed bugs require a separate specialty quote and are not included in standard general pest coverage. Termites, wildlife, and work outside our current scope may require a referral.
