Rodent Monitoring

Monitoring, trapping, and exterior tamper-resistant bait station options for mice and rats.

Rodent service begins with the signs and conditions at the property. Droppings, gnawing, rub marks, nesting material, noises, or food damage can help identify likely travel areas and determine whether monitoring, trapping, or exterior bait stations are the better starting point.

Inspection before equipment

We look for evidence, not just a place to set a trap.

This photo shows droppings documented during a flashlight inspection beneath stored equipment. Location, quantity, freshness, and nearby access points all help shape a practical monitoring plan.

Our current rodent scope is intentionally focused: monitoring, trapping, and exterior tamper-resistant bait stations for mice and rats.

Available options

  • Inspection of reported signs and accessible activity areas.
  • Trapping and monitoring based on the property conditions.
  • Exterior tamper-resistant bait station options.
  • Clear follow-up expectations before service begins.

Current limitations

Full exclusion construction, attic restoration, crawlspace cleanup, insulation removal, wildlife removal, and structural sealing are not included. We will be straightforward if the property needs work outside our current scope.

Active recurring service accounts may request up to two exterior tamper-resistant bait stations at no additional setup charge. Additional stations beyond the first two include a one-time setup and installation fee of $25 per station. Bait stations remain company property unless specifically sold in writing.
